Portabella mushrooms stuffed with lump crab meat and sautéed spinach drizzled
with a creamy lemon butter

Bleu Cheese Artichokes
Marinated artichoke hearts stuffed with crumbled bleu cheese then drizzled
with a balsamic glaze


Filet Oscar
Grilled 8 oz. filet mignon topped with fresh lump crab meat and asparagus spears surrounded by a
béarnaise sauce.  Served with choice of two sides.

Chicken Strudel
Chicken breast, spinach, fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers and garlic rolled in
phyllo dough baked in the oven until golden brown then drizzled with a creamy pink vodka sauce.

Shrimp Cooper
Jumbo gulf shrimp stuffed with sharp cooper cheese then wrapped in hickory smoked bacon served
over a bed of creamy fettuccini alfredo.  Served a house salad and garlic bread

Fire Roasted Jalapeno Scallops
Seasoned broiled scallops in a fire roasted jalapeno cream sauce served over rice.
